SHIPPING DETAILS

We ship from De Pere, Wisconsin M-F.  Orders placed before 12:00pm CST usually ship out the same day.  In most cases, our orders ship within one to two business days, and usually take 4-5 working days to receive. When your order is processed, you will receive your order number via email and an email with tracking number details follows after the item leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed.

Two Tone ships either via USPS or UPS.  We ship by the most economical method possible depending on order size. If you require expedited shipping, please call us at 920-337-0650.

If you have received an incorrect item(s) please email twotonellc@msn.com or call 920-337-0650 so we may immediately begin to correct the error.

RETURN POLICIES

UNOPENED MERCHANDISE

Unopened cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund or credit of the purchase price toward an exchange.  Products must be in sellable condition.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Please call us at 920-337-0650 to set up a RMA.

OPENED MERCHANDISE

Remanufactured Cartridges Defective remanufactured cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If the product is not found to be defective, no refund will be given. Please call us at 920-337-0650 to set up a RMA.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.

Only products purchased from Two Tone LLC can be returned for exchange.
We are not responsible for products sent to us past our warranty or not ordered from our company.  If we receive products ineligible for refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center.  

REFUNDS
