About Two Tone, LLC

Two Tone began 10 years ago in De Pere, Wisconsin, where our factory and warehouse are still located. We opened our doors because of the poor quality of remanufactured product available. We knew we could do it better and give the customer a superior products while still maintaining a competitive price.

Our mission is to provide high quality remanufactured laser toner cartridges that meet or exceed OEM standards at an affordable price. We do not drill and fill. We remanufacture each laser toner cartridge & ink cartridge to meet our stringent quality standards. Only once those standards are met do the products say "Two Tone”.

Why are we different?

Most companies remanufacturing printer supplies settle on generic inks and toner for their cartridges. In reality, each cartridge uses its own unique toner especially for that printer using that cartridge. For example, two different black HP toner cartridges may use different variations of black toner. Black ink is not just black ink!

We have relationships that give us access to engineering research that scientifically matches the right toner inks for each individual cartridge to ensure our products meet or exceed the OEM cartridge in quality, color richness, and life expectancy.

We do not sell drill and fill kits or use the drill and fill process. Our process is similar to the manufacturing processes original manufacurers use for HP ink cartridges, Canon laser toner cartridges, Dell printer ink to name a few.
This practice is not recommended and Two Tone does not drill and fill because:

• Half full, or half empty: Drill and fill products may not be 100% refilled and will actually cost more, and run out sooner
• Critical parts if not replaced will dispense more toner and empty your cartridge faster, increasing your maintenance costs and require earlier replacement of your toner ink cartridge.

How Do We Do This?

• We only use empty OEM cartridges that have not been refilled, remanufactured, or damaged in any way.
• Splitting and cleaning each laser toner & printer ink cartridge with a high-pressure air system to remove residual toner.
• Use up to 75% new components in laser toner & printer ink cartridge including the drum, blade and the magnetic roller (this is key because most others do not replace these critical parts.
• New OEM-style seals are affixed and then the laser toner & printer ink cartridges are carefully filled using the worlds most recognized digital technology to assure consistency and maximum page yield.
• A final post test determines if the laser toner & printer ink cartridges are ready to be labeled "Two Tone" then packaged for shipment.
